The Human Resources (HR) Assistant at The Upcounty Hub plays a vital role in supporting the organization's mission to ending food insecurity. Key responsibilities include assisting with company recruitment efforts to attract and retain great employees, managing payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time, and fostering positive employee relations to maintain a constructive work environment. Additionally, the HR Assistant will help implement and uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations. Experience and a Bachelor's degree and/or Human Resources certifications are required.

This is a part-time position that reports directly to the Director of Operations.
The Administrative Assistant at The Upcounty Hub is dedicated to supporting our mission of ending food insecurity and providing other essential resources to our community. This role includes front desk reception duties, schedule coordination, and assistance with social media marketing efforts. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office is essential for managing communications and documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time position that reports directly to the Director of Programs.
The Operations Assistant at The Upcounty Hub plays a key role in ensuring the organization functions efficiently in its mission. The job involves driving one of our delivery trucks, ensuring timely and safe transportation of food supplies. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a pallet jack, and assist with inventory management to maintain the safe organization of food and other products. If you are passionate about making a difference in the community and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred but not required.
